Some products are shipped directly by our producers or suppliers. We are happy to help with any questions.
We currently deliver within Switzerland only, or on request. For packaging we use recycled cardboard or reuse packaging we have received in as-new condition.
For urgent deliveries or deliveries abroad, please send us an email or give us a call.

We hope you enjoy our sustainable products and look forward to your feedback.

An item doesn't meet your expectations? You can return it within 30 days (14 days for purchases in a zweiblatt concept store), unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the amount you paid, less shipping costs.

Please bear in mind that we are not an online giant and every return causes us extra costs. That is why we are all the more happy to advise you on every purchase – also in one of our stores.
In the spirit of sustainable consumption, we ask you to proceed as follows:

1) Read all the information about the product before ordering.

We make every effort to learn as much as possible about the products from the producers so that we can describe them accurately.
If you have a question, call us or send us a short email before you decide to buy. Of course, you are always welcome to drop by one of our zweiblatt concept stores.

2) Could you give the item as a gift or resell it?

Perhaps the item is already at your home. As most of our items are durable everyday objects, consider whether you could make someone else happy with it – as an Easter, birthday or Christmas present. You might even avoid last-minute shopping stress.

3) Send the items back to us in their original packaging.

It just wasn't meant to be? Then please send us a short email beforehand with the following details:

As soon as the parcel has reached us in undamaged condition, we will refund the amount you paid, less shipping costs. This also applies if your order was shipped free of charge: in that case we deduct the shipping costs we covered for you (CHF 7.00 Slow / CHF 9.00 Fast). The costs of returning the parcel are borne by you.

§ 1 Scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Ginkgo World GmbH and our customers who purchase goods via our online shop.

§ 2 Offer and conclusion of contract
Our offers on the Internet are valid while stocks last. By entering your details and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We are entitled to accept your offer within 3 working days by sending an order confirmation by email or by sending the products. If 3 working days pass without acceptance, your offer is deemed rejected, i.e. you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer information: storage of the contract text
We store the contract text including the item details. You do not have access to the contract text via the Internet.

§ 4 Customer information: correcting entries
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. We inform you about the correction options during the ordering process.

§ 5 Right of return
Ginkgo World GmbH accepts returns of goods in perfect original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All products in the category «Körper&Geist» (body and mind) are excluded. A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be enclosed with the return. The reason for the return must be stated. The costs of the return are borne by the customer. In the event of a late return or damaged original packaging, Ginkgo World GmbH may refuse to take the goods back. If the customer has returned the goods properly and on time, Ginkgo World GmbH will refund the purchase price less delivery costs. Any damage to the products must be reported by the customer to Ginkgo World GmbH by email within 24 hours of receipt, stating the invoice number and describing the damage. Returns must be sent exclusively to the following address: Zweiblatt Concept Store, Vordergasse 45, 8200 Schaffhausen. No refunds will be made for returns that do not arrive at the above address and were not sent by registered mail.

§ 6 Delivery terms and payment
Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland. The products offered have different delivery times, which are explicitly stated in our online shop. Delivery costs are CHF 7.00 (Slow) or CHF 9.00 (Fast). Delivery is free from an order value of CHF 80 (Slow) or CHF 100 (Fast). Payment is only possible with the payment methods and payment terms accepted in the online shop. If products sent by us are not accepted or collected by the customer and are returned to us, all transport costs will be charged to the customer.

§ 7 Retention of title
The purchased item remains our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Claims for damages
Claims for damages due to colour deviations, incorrect images, prices and texts, or due to incorrect, late or non-delivery are excluded.

§ 9 Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.

§ 10 Data protection
When collecting, processing and using personal data, Ginkgo World GmbH undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the relevant legal standards. Customer data is used only to process the online purchase, unless the customer expressly wishes to receive further information from Ginkgo World GmbH (for example by subscribing to the newsletter). Customer data is not passed on to third parties unless this is strictly necessary for the proper provision of the service (order processing). This is the case, for example, when the supplier sends the products directly to the customer. All our suppliers have appropriate data protection provisions in place so that your data is also protected with them. The customer consents to this use of their data. In addition to the data entered explicitly, information from log files is also collected automatically. No conclusions are drawn about the customer from this. This information is used exclusively to compile anonymised statistics on the use of the online offers.

§ 11 General provisions, severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This contract is governed by Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Ginkgo World GmbH. Ginkgo World GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version is published on www.zweiblatt.ch and applies from the time of publication.
